We have three main components, namely, acrylic fronts, backplates, sign standoffs. Acrylic, when heated to 100 degrees Celsius can be molded to a number of shapes such as sheets, bottles, tubes, picture frames, etc.

I purchased on line an external sign for my office and when it prompt by post I noted that the sign was fine but the back fixing plat was missing. I called K-Smart and explained that I needed the back plate so that I could fix this to a gate. Although the gentleman I spoke to explained courteously that the back plate was not included for the type of sign I had purchased, but he would send this anyway at no charge. The back plate arrived the next day. I am pleased with the product and the customer service received from K-Smart and therefore recommend them.

Love it. I had made a mistake in what I had put on the sign. Phoned and sent me a replacement within two days, they didn't charge me either so I was happy with this, the guy who I spoke to was also very frirndly. The sign looks great outside the house. I would recommend, in fact I am now about to buy another for next door and my father.
