Services
We are a firm of solicitors. That means we are a law practice selling legal advice and representation to anyone who needs it. We will help you make the best of your legal position. We will help you make a good informed and logical decision for your own benefit.
We cannot always make up the for the bad luck or bad decisions you might have experienced but we can help to minimise the damage to your personal life, finances or relationships or business. We will offer you an unemotional impartial perspective on your problem.

We provide an individual service with a properly trained and experienced lawyer taking responsibility for your case and giving face to face advice. Whilst we aim to deal with the technical legal process of your case efficiently we also expect to discuss the important questions like : "is it a good deal?";"is there a downside?"
These days everyone has an opinion and the internet and social media is full of forthright advice and suggestions. But not all opinions are equally valid or well informed. There are even people setting up businesses charging money for 'help' with legal issues when completely unqualified to do so. Some of these are actually illegal as a number of types of work can ONLY be performed by a regulated legal practice.
Family law problems are one of the regular reasons that mean people feel the need to see a solicitor. We regularly help, advise and represent clients throughout Sheppey, Swale, Medway, Maidstone and Canterbury and indeed further afield and Nationally.
The local family courts dealing with matters for our area are usually sitting in Medway ( Chatham ) (Family Proceedings Court and County Court ),C anterbury and Maidstone but you should be aware that these courts regularly use court venues all over the county including Dover, Margate, Gravesend, Dartford, Sevenoaks and Tonbridge.

However hard we try to avoid them there are times in life when disputes arise (or threaten to), and receiving clear and accurate advice as to the legal position early on often solves the issue before it grows. Some issues however just have to be fought and won.
There are a wide variety of disputes that affect ordinary people on a daily basis and our solicitors have over 60 years combined experience in dealing with such disputes and can provide the assistance you require. In certain circumstances we can offer fixed fees, deferred payments or conditional fee agreements ("no win, no fee").

They are a terrible solicitors for dealing. It has taken nearly 3 years to distribute my father's estate, and the way they have dealt with it has been horribly unprofessional, unethical, and a disgrace. We have had to involve the ombudsman and the Solicitor Regulation Authority. And we are still expected to pay nearly £10k for this horrendous service.

Terrible service.
I used this company to evict a tenant from my house. Quoted £2000-£2500. Never got an interim bill from them until 8 months into the case and I was only sent it because I was getting concerned that we were getting close to my entire budget of £2500. Imagine my shock when I got an interim bill for £4500. Law society regulations clearly state that an interim bill must be sent every 6 months.
They Kept asking for money for various things. At the end of the eviction they presented me with a bill for over £5500. I argued the bill and got it brought right down because they completely
