We can offer new car owners their warranty services without affecting the actual manufacturers warranty. New car owners will be told by the main dealer that they must have all the warranty work and servicing carried out by the main dealer. Whilst the warranty work must go through the main dealer that's not the case with servicing.
Our emergency breakdown and recovery partner will recover your vehicle for you and deliver it to us for assessment and investigation so we can discuss with you how we can help and any options to choose from. Dean did a great job servicing and also advised what we need to do next time to keep in good order, equally what was unnecessary to do so that makes him honest, trustworthy, no nonsense (unlike some other garages I have used), great service and value for money would highly recommend and keep using.

Excellent service all round. I think an example describes the experience best... I took a car in for mot to be arranged by RTE, the report came back and it was a lot of small things but the quote (despite being more than competitive) wasn't a small one. Rather than let me keep trickling money in to an older car to keep it going I got sound advice to put that cash toward something newer that would have lower on costs. RTE didn't think twice about passing on making money out of an old car which I think speaks of an honest tradesman

Well I’ve just come from Lincoln and had a puncher so need something pretty fast sorting if I could. I’ve come to this place and if it wasn’t for the receptionist and lovely kind person she was it would of been getting a one star. Well as for the mechanic, I’ve never come across such a rude person. I suggest he thinks carefully in future for other people’s part. it’s not just about being rude to me but your receptionist. I don’t care how busy you are, everyone deserves a bit of respect. Your lucky to have her!!

I was told at the service that the front of exhaust, flex, was broken. I've taken the car to the Regional exhaust and tyre centre to be told that it just needs a bracket which took minutes to be welded on. The mechanic actually took me to garage and showed me what was wrong so I felt reassured. Great customer service.

The guys at regionals tyre are fantastic. I didn't have an appointment and I'm not even from Ipswich but when my brake pads needed replacing they went out of their way to help. They were friendly and fast and more importantly excellent value for money. I'd recommend them to everyone. Five star garage.
