Another occasion where this Honda Team have gone far above and beyond in their customer service!!
Our elderly dad, who wouldn't have anything else but his Honda, took his car in today for its M.O.T.
He had a lovely surprise at the end of a very wet and windy day when they unexpectedly delivered his car home to him to save him the journey.
Thanks to you all, once again, for your kindness. He really was delighted with such service.

Booked an automatic transmission fluid change at my local Honda dealer as part of the regular service intervals that I follow and the service was fantastic! From Zack who performed the fluid change in the garage to the welcoming gentleman Mike, at the service department. Highly recommend using north wales Honda for your servicing needs. Zack was the technician of the day who completed my transmission oil change expertly, he even did a free health check on my vehicle with a video showing evidence of a few problems that need to be rectified in the future with Zero pressure to get this done, I must
