Visited before lockdown and received dreadful customer service, and they are charging 10% to your bill for "PPE costs" really! Why should the customer pay for PPE costs for the staff when most customers will bring their own? Smacks of greed...To be honest the cut and style was not worth the price and I left thinking that they think the are a lot better then they actually are due to the arrogance and attitude of the owners.. avoid. Not very Covid compliant compared to other hairdressers and I would imagine they haven't even undertaken a Covid -19 risk assessment, be careful if you do visit.

The staff were lovely, very attentive and very welcoming. I always find it difficult to find a place where my expectations are met. Sadly this was another place where I left feeling my hair was looking beautiful but the next day actually it looked no different. Getting colour can always be tricky but this was very expensive and looked exactly the same as when I came in, just had a good wash with some brightening colour. I would certainly recommend but to get colour I think I needed a drastic change to notice the difference.
