Mandeville Retail was formed in 1995 to understand, support and shape the world of retail recruitment. Since then, we have not only built up an unrivalled team of specialist consultants but worked in partnership with some of the biggest names in retail but also, in 2014, have set up a successful Sales division filling BDM and sales roles all over the country.
Since 1997, I have experienced a fantastic journey from Consultant to Manager to Director to owner. Being so passionate about our business, I am very proud to have conducted a management buyout in 2013 to return us to our Mandeville specialisms. I am married to Caroline with two children and love swimming outdoors, training for cycle sportives, watching Spurs and walking our dog, Monty.

I had lynsey help me throughout the whole process, phone and in person interview, I was prepared on what could be asked and what research was needed to be done to have the knowledge about the company and role I was applying for. She even helped me decide on what to wear to make sure I give a good impression.
I was updated on every single change and she always made sure to help me with whatever questions I had. She always picked up the phone and answered my emails pretty much right

Chelita and the team at Mandeville found through a CV I had uploaded to a recruitment site with a job tailor made for me. Within 2 weeks I was offered the job.
