Absolutely awful! I spoke to them 2 weeks ago, and heard nothing back. I contacted them via their website a week later and nothing, and finally tried ringing twice last Friday, and they didn't even pick the phone up. If they cannot insure me, the least they could do is show some courtesy by telling me! Other insurance brokers in Taunton have been excellent.

Adam and his wife Liz have been wonderful in sorting out insurance cover for our business. We wanted to have a local independent insurance broker who new the town we work in whilst providing support and understanding of our individual needs.
