Services
The Glass Scribe was launched in 1983, from very humble beginnings, on a kitchen table, in Bedfont, Middlesex. Starting with a few select pieces of glassware, Simon and Gina Fletcher engraved trophies, awards and presentation pieces, for local clubs and companies. As one of the fore-runners of commercial glass engraving, the company soon turned its attentions to the Wholesale supply of everything concerned with this market.
We also have some very useful Information Sheets (all PDFs) covering various aspects of our business, including advice on engraving, printing and artwork. Arrogant, condescending attitude displayed to long standing customers, their 'jobsworth' inflexible mentality will leave the customer out of pocket for goods not received, that they refuse to take any responsibility for. avoid this company at all costs!
edit: Carl Fletcher's reply is a complete fabrication, they charge for goods and do not supply them, so not only do they steal from their customers, they will also lie in a poor attempt to cover themselves and make the customer look bad.

We are Crystalstone Engraving in Kent, we contacted Glass Scribe about 3 years ago regarding their sand blasting equipment, we subsequently visited them up in Scotland, we were picked up from the airport and Carl took us to the hotel, the next day Carl picked us up to take us to his factory where we we’re given a comprehensive guide on how the machine worked how to transfer the artwork on to the glass and I had practical experience on sandblasting. We then purchased the whole equipment, the Rayzist machine in our opinion is the very best on the market easy to use with its recycling medium feature

I first got in touch with Adam about bespoke engravings for a customer's whisky glasses. He was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to give me as much information as possible, he made the whole process easier than I ever imagined! My customer was over the moon with his glasses!
Since then I have had beautiful glasses engraved for my shop and they have been a huge hit! The quality of the glass is easy to see as is the high standard to which the glasses are engraved.
