Flowers never in very good condition when they arrive and where a certain type of flower isn't in stock you will be sent a replacement without being told - I have ended up with £50 worth of flowers I cannot use as the replacement I was sent was nothing like what I ordered. Staff not very helpful, I was ignored when I got in touch, having been told someone will get back to me.

The service I received from Barn Florist was outstanding. The flowers arrived on time and in excellent condition. Very fresh. I would certainly reccomend this company to any one who wants good quality fresh flowers. I received a phone call about a substitute that was necessary and the flowers substituted were a good replacement. No problem at all. Thank you
