We know that time and efficiency are important factors for you and your business. On this note, did you know that most accounting firms still sell time? They charge by the hour and the client pays according to how long the job takes. What a 1st impression, brilliant!
I popped into into the Bexhill-on-Sea office and was met by a very friendly and welcoming reception team.
I needed some tax advice and an initial meeting. The receptionist spoke to Daniel who was able to meet me for a fact find in respect of my tax needs, he was very kind and knowledgeable.
He explained to me in plain English the various implications and what I needed to do, together with a basic timescale. He quickly followed up the meeting with both telephone calls, emails and letters making sure at all times I was fully aware of what he was doing on my behalf
