Carmichael House is a substantial Grade B listed Victorian Villa. The property was built by James McLaren circa 1860 for George Carmichael of J and C Carmichael & Sons engineers. The adjacent property is a mirror image and was built for his brother David. Carmichael House overlooks Dudhope park enjoying uninterrupted views of the City the River Tay and Fife beyond.
Riverview Lodge sits majestically on the banks of the River Tay in Newport-On-Tay. The imposing property is thought to have been the home of a wealthy Dundee jute baron at one time. The home has undergone major refurbishment and now provides residents with facilities of the highest standards. The majority of rooms are single with en suite facilities including easy accesss showers.
