The initial install was fine, and unfirtunately we have had to claim for 3 of the windows ( not Coldbusters at fault) however we are STILL waiting on a date from Coldbusters to come and fit them. This has gone on for over 1 year and despite many attempts to get them to respond. We have even moved house in this time but need to get this arranged for the new owners. Its not a big ask to open the diary and book a date in - I realise its been difficult times but come on....no date,no response..NOT good enough.
