Every file received is checked before being output and if any anomalies arise then the customer is contacted before proceeding. Minor work such as resizing or spotting out the odd dust spot isn't charged for, however major retouching can be done at a reasonable price.

I started off printing my own work as I wanted to keep full control over the quality but I was restricted to an A3+ size. Once I decided to offer prints in a larger format I went on the search for a printer, contacted a few companies and asked for samples to be sent through.
From the start Jeremy's attention to detail interested me, rather than just sending out a sample as I had requested, he suggested doing a sample print of my actual work and he also advised me on paper choice.The prints are well protected/packaged and are of an extremely high quality plus the turn around time is quick.
