We first visited cloisters back in 2020 , as we had recently purchased a new property that was being completely renovated , we initially had a kitchen in mind and the design we wanted as we was in (Covid time rules) we had to have a few zoom calls where joe was able to discuss and show us his revised design and ideas which we was very pleased with and how down to detail he had done with some things I would of missed myself . Then we was invited to visit 2 of there show rooms which also had all of the paint colours, fabrics , and a range of beautiful bespoke kitchens that was all finished to a very

Neglect the customers once they have made a sale! Lack of correspondence, do not stick to dates or time scale given. Very slow service and if there is an issue with something you will not know about it, they will simply ignore you! only contact when convienient for them. Family run buisiness, very unprofessional. Nothing special. Also take a look… at reviews on them on as they are also run under "Kitchens123" with 3* & ery bad reviews. Straight after I left my review on a long review was added which blatently looked like it was trying to justify the bad reviews they were getting. Sign

We are absolutely delighted with the kitchen built by Cloisters for our new living space. Even though the building work was considerably affected by the pandemic lockdowns, the Cloisters team worked to ensure that fitting the kitchen tied in with the ever moving building schedule and kindly provided us with temporary appliances while we waited for our long-delayed ones to arrive. Many thanks to Colin, Joe, James and the rest of the team for creating exactly the kitchen we wanted. We would certainly use Cloisters if we ever decided to replace a kitchen in another house!

Cloisters has given us a kitchen that we could not have got anywhere else. It was a joy to be in even when only half fit. The attention to detail around storage and integrating existing furniture and our style into the design was just spot on by Toby.
It has changed our living space and life.
We are still waiting for the final tweaks in the kitchen though. The build has been slower than we expected (on both sides) with Brexit and loss of a fitter impacting fit schedules. And I really would just love to stop harassing Toby week in week out for one final date, half a day of work and we are done

Our first appointment with Cloisters was to review our plans for a new kitchen. At this stage we thought our plan was final, having previously had plans drawn up by B & Q and Howdens. Unbelievably, and to our surprise Colin came up with a completely unique design and layout. Our kitchen plan would now incorporate three living areas - an increased kitchen space, living and dining area. Colin’s idea of relocating a door to a utility room provided a seamless flow to our kitchen worktops, cupboards and also allowed for a larger Island. This plan became our final plan and today we have the luxury

We have recently completed the refurbishment of our new home and were recommended Cloisters by a friend who had undertaken a similar project. We were in the enviable position of having a blank canvas for our kitchen and utility design though lacked the knowledge to create the best use of the space. Cloisters did not disappoint, Toby guided us… through the design thought process, choice and spec of units and appliances, suggesting the most cost-effective options for us to consider. We began with a ballpark figure for the kitchen with and without appliances but due to the competitive price

Genuinely the most horrific and painful experience of dealing with a company that I’ve ever had to to endure. Cupboards made wrong, doors made incorrectly 3 times, 3 months for new doors to be made, wrong hinges, refusing to measure to fix mistakes, doors hung the wrong way round, demanding I personally deliver faulty doors back to them and the… list goes on and on .....
Absolutely horrendous and rude customer service from the delightful co owner Jacqui who I quote ‘knows nothing about kitchens’ and her equally as charming, sexist and vile husband Colin who I also quote
