Starting out in Haslemere some 50 years ago, our journey has taken us via Godalming to our present landmark store @ 17 Tunsgate, Guildford. Awful experience. Visited today to get a ring valued to try to sell. The lady was welcoming and friendly. However the male sat down was nothing but hostile and rude. No hello, took two looks at my ring, said it was small and acted like I’d given him a haribo ring. No communication, explanation or idea of value given. Complete waste of time, and the whole experience left me feeling rather upset. As a young female with no knowledge of jewellery I’d expect to be treated with more respect and compassion. Basically like a human being not dirt.

Outstanding work, a family ring lost a stone & with in one day I had a new diamond set & polished like new! We love the shop, plus you can find antique jewellery such as from 1920’s.

I found the shop online and saw that they had on-site ring re-sizing, so I took my engagement ring in as it was just slightly loose. The shop is beautiful, the staff were so friendly and professional and the lovely lady who helped me picked my ring size correctly straight away. They quoted me three weeks (which I was happy with but sad to say goodbye to my new ring for so long!) we walked out pleased with the service and looking forward to getting the ring back. We purchased our wedding bands from Cry For The Moon. It was a lovely experience with very knowledgeable staff who were able to offer advice on style and sizing, not to mention a lovely selection to choose from.
