Growing up in Huntingfield some 50 years ago the proprietor has local knowledge which is key in providing the greatest quality of service. To give back, we donate to a Clic Sargeant which is a children's cancer charity after every sale and a local charity, monthly, called Hour Community in Framlingham, which is doing amazing work.
We now have a company branded tuk-tuk which Hour Community have free use of to put a smile on people faces and deliver prescriptions, food etc and hopefully soon will be able to give them rides around the town. Right from the start, Becky saw something in our property that two other agents didn't, seeing the potential beyond the work that needed doing. As a result, she suggested marketing it at a far higher price than others suggested and whilst I was initially worried by this, she was right and ended up securing significantly more than if we had gone elsewhere.
It certainly wasn't the most straightforward of sales but Becky and her team are so approachable and were always there to help resolve issues and to provide some much needed counselling when things didn't go to plan!

Becky and the Team at Huntingfield Estates were absolutely fantastic. The best house buying experience even throughout the whole COVID situation also. We were recommended to this agent by a friend. We were selling the property on behalf of my mother who had gone into a home so carried out our due diligence by speaking with two agents in the town. The first agent in town quoted an asking price GBP25,000 below the second agent - Huntingfield Estates!
Huntingfield were appointed and achieved the higher price point, not once but twice after the first chain broke down!
Service was excellent in spite of distance. I live in Canada and the agent looked after everything. The property, by then empty, had insurance provisions requiring someone being in
