We would ask that you can arrive on time for your appointment, and not too early, if we are running late we will call or text you to let you know. We have a hand washing area for when you arrive and ask that you wash tor hands before the hairdressing service begins. Our team will be wearing face visors for your and their safety.
We advise you bring a face covering with you, or we can provide one if you need one, ( whilst this is not mandatory it is advisable). Please where possible don't bring a guest or family member to wait for you unless they have an appointment, as we have limited waiting areas in the salon. Brought my 3 year old son in for a hair cut and he HATES having his haircut. the last time we tried a different hairdresser they had to stop half way through as he was so upset. so happy to have found Paul and… Jake here. Jake is brilliant with kids and although my son was upset about his haircut, for once it didn't result in full blown disaster! will definitely be back and recommend to everyone.

Had a fantastic experience at Paul Light Hair. I was very nervous as I had a bad colour experience at another salon, but Jake and Paul made me feel completely at ease. Jake was brilliant, very knowledgable and friendly. I have finally found a hairdressers I can rely on and will definitely be making this my regular salon.

Took my 3 year old son in for a cut this morning. They managed to fit him in (as we didn't book) and Kerrie was so patient and kind to him as he's always terrified from bad experiences previously. He's had an excellent cut and came away with a smile on his face! We were made to feel incredibly welcome, didn't pay a small fortune (was only £5.50!!!!) and will definitely be booking him in for another cut there! Thank you very much!
