Been coming here for a while and keep on coming back as the service provided by Josh is as always outstanding, couldn’t have asked for more. I have compared the prices for diamond with other shops as I was looking for a ring for my wife and the price I was given my Stanley James couldn’t be beaten. So overall I am so happy with the service and the price which was offered me. Highly recommended

The customer service I received was outstanding, lovely local jewellers… repaired a nominations bracelet for me, no fuss at all. Had some beautiful pieces for sale. One of the team was serving an elderly lady, whilst I was there and he was so kind & helpful… nothing is too much trouble it seems 10/10 …. Professional, great pieces at great prices… would defo use their services again

The second time I have reviewed Stanley James. It's the kind of establishment so regrettably disappearing from our High Streets; a top quality, family run, all services jeweller. I go there to get my watches fixed up and they never disappoint. No task too small; on occasion, payment waved aside; knowledgeable and attentive watch servicing on vintage and new examples. Some lovely vintage time-pieces in the window, priced bang on the market. Try them out.
