Excellent service .
I needed a loan for a house extention .
Being self employed I was made to feel like I had the plague or something worse !!!
My books were not the best but they were honest , all tax paid every year ETC .
I had no mortgage arrears and all other bills up to date for the 14 years I had owned this property. I had about 150k equity in the house . There was one VERY unjust CCJ from the water company . This was due to having no or very bad coloured water for about 9 months , the water company were aware of this but still wanted paying .... They took me to court and won , their
