Just bought an house through Garretts solicitors, I can not praise Lisa Scott enough. The communication has been amazing throughout the whole process. The company on a whole are fantastic, we have had negative experiences with different solicitors but this company has made me realise they aren't all the same!
The whole process even through restrictions has been smooth and safe.

My experience with my husband was one where the solicitor dealing with our case informed the other party of irrelevant personal information that we didn't want them to know. We seriously questioned who this person was working for because as far I was aware it was us paying.

Garratts helped a member of my family with a clinical negligence claim. It has been a long, difficult process but all the way through Garratts have been professional, caring and sensitive. They really understood the case and worked hard to reach a settlement. We are all so pleased with the result they achieved and cannot thank them enough for everything they have done. If you ever find yourself dealing with social services... Please do not use this company I used them five months ago now and have done absolutely nothing to help me or my child! Never keep appointments was made to wait three weeks for an appointment only to be told the day before that they have to cancel then when I wanted to leave there service, only then did they want to offer me an appointment. Without a doubt they definitely represent local authorities so please if you are in need of help with family matter do not use this company
