We approached Chilliapple in 2021 to create a WordPress website, and the support has been superb. We’re now in the final stages of the build and the team have been very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the project, and very responsive whenever we’ve needed to request a change to the coding. We used Chilliapple to upgrade to a Magento website. They were pleasant to deal with, but we found that the quality of work, and attention to detail was poor. It was not a seamless process, and it caused some sustained damage to our website (above the normal expected amount when re-platforming/adding new features). Although we had some issues integrating our ERP software which was not their fault, they were very underprepared for the live date and neglected many important factors that should have been obvious for an agency familiar with Magento.

Didn't complete the work agreed so we had to get another company to complete it and correct their errors. Made more issues to the site than had before! They have sent debt collection for outstanding money for work not completed!
Plus they outsource all their work to india! Avoid at all costs!
