As the only general recruitment agency based in St Ives this means we often have sole agency on vacancies and assignments for clients and are often the first port of call for many local job seekers.

Our St. Ives Office supplies office support personnel, industrial and accountancy personnel on a temporary and permanent basis.

Our journey to become a leading Independent Cambridgeshire based Recruitment agency. The Directors Julia Mejer CIPD and Yvette Scott BSc come from a HR and Recruitment background respectively. We opened for business in 1997.

Meyer-Scott Recruitment is a local business, not part of a national chain which means that decisions are made quickly as we don't need to defer to Directors in a remote HQ location. We have serviced Temporary and Permanent requirements for Cambridgeshire based businesses since 1997. Managed by the two Founding Owner/Directors working within the business, we are able to offer a more prompt, tailored, and flexible service.

Risha and Yvette did the most amazing job in all areas thinkable. Both extremely professional and also very considerate and caring at all times.

I decided to come out of retirement and posted my CV all over the place. Many automated systems seemed to make life easy but it was though nothing was really happening.
Then Yvette Scott phoned me and said she had my CV and I had applied for a job that was on her books. The first human interaction I had. A couple of calls and emails and I had my first interview set up. About 4 days later I was offered the job. I’ve had a few calls from Yvette and she has been very helpful and supportive.

I applied for a job through a couple of recruitment agencies. One agency told me I would not get an interview and the other, Myer Scott, contacted the company and secured me an interview on a date and time that suited me. Yvette informed Me about the company and the role prior to my interview. She contacted me to see how I got on and followed up with the company for feedback.
