The extra weight and expansion of moss can cause leaks and undesirable water creep under tiles and other roofing materials.
Modern Pre-coloured render is a low maintenance finish which does away with the cost of regular painting. However periodic cleaning is required to keep the surface free from algae, bacteria, fungi, moss and lichen. These biological growths can cause unsightly black, red and green staining. The acidic waste products and root systems of these can also degrade the rendered surface.

Mike and his team power washed our decking at the beginning of June 2020 which hadn’t been cleaned for 10 years, the results were quite incredible! the wood looks like new, we also had the gutters & facia boards cleaned and then he went on to power wash the Pavia blocks on our driveway ..it now looks so clean the granite blocks gleam in the sunshine, visitors think we’ve had a new driveway laid.
Mikes professionalisms is very impressive it’s not every day you come across such a consciousness guy...also impressive is his super dupa equipment-we can’t wait to give him future work.

As M&S have made a good job of my windows for a couple of years I gave them a sterner challenge - the whole house and patio. A job done very safely and professionally with a brilliant result. The neighbours thought I had had been repainted overnight. The patio which had recenty been very obviously extended: you now cannot tell the difference between the old part nd the new. Amazing!

I hired this company to complete a large commercial exterior chemical wash down of a mansion and the work was incredible. Full health and safety aspects were covered, every part of the project was completed to a 5 star standard. I felt at ease knowing the work was in good hands and with how the project was managed with organisation and competence. We've used M and S Cleaning for our windows and gutters for some years now and always find them to be extremely professional. We recently hired them to conduct a full clean of the roof (terrible moss build up) the walls (seagull attacks) and the garden patio and drive way (lazyitis). They did an amazing job leaving the whole place looking like new. They were no bother at all and simply got on with the job. I would highly recommend.
