I.W.Price & partners can provide a professional service for all aspects of building design, from small domestic extensions to major projects including multi-storey design. We use the latest in Computer Aided design software & Autocad drawing packages to provide our clients with the most cost effective designs, this enables us to co-ordinate information easily with other professionals such as Architects, via the internet.
This will involve a thorough visual inspection of the property and its surrounding environment, including studying Ordnance Survey geological maps for details of the underlying foundation strata, followed by a full written report. We can also report on specific items that may have been highlighted in a Homebuyers survey.
