A great and helpful team who assisted us in the middle of the cladding crisis sweeping the nation. As lay people thrust into the first safety world, WFP helped us each step of the way. All of the team are professional and approachable, with fantastic quality work in the installation (both the common areas and the wireless devices in apartments). Tabor Academy has been engaged with WFP for the last 7 years. They are a very professional company that care for their clients. We use them for servicing of Intruder Alarm, Fire alarm, CCTV, Emergency lighting, and Fire extinguishers. The work they carry out is of a high standard and they are also great problem solvers and give friendly advice over the phone and will respond quickly if the need arises. WFP Fire & Security came on site recently to upgrade our existing intruder alarm system for our building after contact with our current maintainer confirmed they were closed due to the virus.
We had an old key entry intruder alarm system with no monitoring capabilities, which was still working well, however with the Covid Lockdown in place and our staff working from home, we decided we needed the ability to have access to the intruder alarm remotely. Rather than being called out during the Lockdown period we would be able to be notified of any alarm condition and re-set, set and disarm the alarm

Towards the end of last year I was looking to change fire and security contractors so got in contact with WFP from the start of the process all the way till now, the staff at WFP have been most friendly and helpful. They came in best value and fitted the bill as to what I was looking for. They now currently maintain our fire and security systems across Essex.
So far everything has gone smoothly with no problems, I was a bit sceptical at first like I always am with new suppliers but my mind was at ease very quickly .

I've been working with WFP (Wire Free Protection) for around 4 years now. I've found them to have an excellent eye for detail which is exactly what you need when having fire & security assessments.
