I asked Snappy to collect & dispose of over 5,000 books. The team they sent were amazing, they were friendly & helpful & worked so hard! Half way through the removal, someone unexpectedly asked us for the books. Snappy were so helpful in changing the plan to dispose of the books & went out of their way to deliver the books to the new address. I would highly recommend them, their service is amazing!

We are carpet cleaning company, which sometimes uses rubbish removal services for some of our customers. We found Snappy and booked the service over the phone. Stan was extremely helpful and saved us a lot of troubles, as we were running out of time, we just needed to remove all of it, so we can start cleaning the carpet. Big thank you, we will use them again !

Do not trust this company. They came and they asked me to collect for £70 and the guy was very rude. Don't spent your time. Avoid this scam of a company. I will report this company to HMRC and trading standards.
Look at the below pictures and make your decision would this cost £70 and if you want to speak someone who is not RUDE, don't work with them.

Really unhappy with these guys. I sent pictures of the items for removal and was quoted £250. I was unavailable when they arrived so my girlfriend met them. They magically now said the price was £500 IF we paid cash but more if not.
Doubling the price is a little bit underhand, as is trying to take advantage of someone. FYI I'd have been happy with an extra £50 or so, but double the price? Chancers!
