I am a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and a life coach, whose main practice and focus is in Mind Body Therapy. Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a modern approach to therapy, which has proved to be a powerful way of helping people overcome their problems. I consider the whole person sensitively; all of your expressions, including your thoughts, emotions and experiences are considered as vital in their influence on your road to wellbeing.

We will work together to make long lasting and effective changes to your life and you may be surprised how quickly you can start to feel better as you let go of the thoughts, patterns and habits that have been holding you back.

Life Coaching is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counselling. The coaching process focuses on the values and passions that you hold close to you. It looks at what drives you in your personal and professional life by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life what you want it to be.
Modern life is stressful and many of us feel that we cannot cope and indeed may want to run away from it. Strange as this sound, this is normal because when we are faced with a stressful situation our minds are programmed to keep us safe by either fighting or running away. Feeling anxious or depressed is also common.

At times we all get locked into beliefs, habits and patterns of behaviour which we come to realise are reducing the quality of our lives and yet somehow feel unable to change. In Cognitive Hypnotherapy we think of the unconscious as an area of the mind separate from the conscious mind, capable of making decisions and producing its own behaviour.
Trance is a natural occurring phenomenon that we all go in and out of many times during our day without even knowing it. When in an induced trance, you are in control at all times, and with the level of trance required for successful therapy I cannot make you do anything that you do not want to do, or make you reveal anything you do not want to reveal.
