Our heating engineers have been supporting landlords in Norwich for more than 30 years. The company is a member of the Eastern Landlords Association (ELA), is Gas Safe registered and are proud to be one of a select group of Worcester Bosch 'Gold Accredited Installers'. We hold a Gas Safe registration which qualifies us to handle the installation, commissioning, servicing and safety checking of domestic natural gas appliances.
With over 30 years experience in the industry, we can handle any plumbing or heating job - no matter how big or small. We also offer a power flushing service to increase the efficiency of your central heating system. Working with Norwich landlords, we are happy to go directly to the tenant or liaise with letting agents and we display our callout charges on our website so you know what to expect upfront.
We have the knowledge, training and experience to deliver a full range of boiler services to landlords in Norwich. We are Gas Safe registered, Worcester Bosch 'Gold Accredited Installers' and have a good understanding of most leading boiler models. So whether you require a new boiler installation, a boiler service or repairs, or a full boiler replacement, we can support you.
As a landlord, you have a legal responsibility to ensure the gas appliances in your property are safe. To demonstrate this, you must hold a valid gas safety certificate - signed off by an approved engineer. Whether for a single Norwich property or your entire portfolio, we will carry out a thorough inspection of your appliances and ensure that they are operating both safely and efficiently.
Legionnaires' disease is a potentially fatal form of pneumonia spread through the inhalation of stagnant water vapour. As a landlord, it is your legal responsibility to identify, assess and implement measures to control any legionella risk in your property. Our legionella risk assessment includes a full inspection of your property, as well as a list of recommendations to avoid potential contamination.

They changed my Free site survey from Friday to Saturday because he had finished his jobs early and my appointment was later and he didn't want to hang about then he turns 2 hours earlier on the Saturday in a foul mood could tell he didn't want to be there banged on some pipes and I got charged £60 I would of only been charged £35 if he hadn't changed the appointment

Feel Duped
Had a pressure leak, they replaced 2 items on the boiler expensive. leak continued called them back then they said it's the heat exchanger would cost several hundred pounds to replace, part had to come from abroad if it was available suggested might be better to replace boiler
Several weeks gone now still waiting for a quote
Got a proper gas engineer in to look st the boiler he went straight to the heat exchanger and said it was the cause as there was water coming out of it why did THP not find this in the beginning instead of replacing the vessel and the valve
