A Will gives you control over the future of your assets and possessions, avoiding disputes or misunderstandings. Making the right choices depends on clear, practical advice. Our team has a depth of experience and offers responsible, honest and friendly guidance on preparing or updating your Will. We think we all do, however large or small your estate is but here is a list of those most at risk of not making a Will.
When someone dies it is a sad and emotional time and lots of families have not had to go through the process of administering an estate before and don't know where to start. A Property Protection Trust is written into a Will and only becomes effective on the first death. It is a Will for couples who are worried that one of them may need long term care in the future or that their spouse will remarry after they have died and their share of the property will fall into the hands of someone outside the family as often happens without proper planning.

We understand that placing someone into a care home is a stressful and difficult time and the complex system of assessment can seem daunting. We believe the best time to take advice and guidance is before you are placed into the care system, whether it is Continuing Healthcare paid for by the NHS, nursing care, residential care or a combination of nursing and residential care.

Sorted my mothers will in what was a totally hassle free process. One phone to call to their office and Catherine arranged a home visit for that afternoon. Will was drafted and a draft copy sent the next day. 3 days later Catherine and Sue visited and the will was signed and completed. 5 days start to finish and both were so patient and kind to my mother. Thank you both, can’t recommend your service highly enough.
