Attempted to replace a tap, let's just say it went pear shaped and we eneded up cleaning the kitchen floor instead.
Called Ben at 22:30, next morning Ben was out, installed my tap correctly, fixed the issue I created, installed a valve so I can break it all again without getting water everywhere and was on his way. Extremely effective, polite, efficient and helpful. Highly recommended. Thanks for saving us from buying snorkels Ben!

I asked the plumber to check the installation of a new radiator. He opened the valve, checked water was runing through and then said it would heat up in a couple of minutes before he ran off only having spent 20 minutes at the property, half of it on the phone. I asked for somebody to come back to fix it since I had paid for an hour. I got told that would be another billable visit, even though the radiator did not work and the plumber had not done his job. Unbelievable.
