Happy Hearts Day Nursery

Happy Hearts Day Nursery provides a high standard of childcare and our main aim is to make your baby/child feel as loved and nurtured as s/he would be within the home environment. You, the parents are your child's first educators, whether the child is 6 weeks and you're 'teaching' a routine, or 4 years and you're introducing problem solving and sharing.

Our baby unit is a bright happy room, fully equipped with a milk kitchen, changing area and an adjacent sleep room. We are registered to care for 6 babies between 6 weeks and 18 months old. We have a wide variety of toys and equipment which are frequently anti-bacterial washed and kept to a safe standard.

We believe that children benefit most from early years education and care when parents and settings work together in partnership. Our aim is to support parents as their children's first and most important educators by involving them in their children's education and in the full life of the setting.

The policy of our company Happy Hearts Day Nursery is to provide and maintain a safe and healthy workplace by ensuring that work equipment is safe and that a safe system of work is provided for all of our employees.

We will also provide suitable and sufficient information, instructions training and supervision as is necessary to ensure the health and safety of our employees and this shall include suitable and sufficient welfare, sanitary and working facilities as required.All employees at the setting have a duty to ensure that they work in a safe manner and that their acts or omissions do not cause harm to themselves or others in the vicinity.

It is our intention to make our setting accessible to children and families from all sections of the local community. We aim to ensure that all sections of our community have access to the setting through open, fair and clearly communicated procedures. We ensure that the existence of our setting is widely advertised in places accessible to all sections of the community.
