Not all kitchens are the same, so the first step is to carry out a site survey. That enables us to prepare a cleaning schedule for your approval. A quotation will follow with date, times of access and detail, including access to hot water, to be agreed. Our operatives will then clean all areas included in the schedule, leaving them hygienically clean.
In commercial kitchens grease build-up in the ductwork of the extraction system can have serious consequences such as:. The extraction efficiency being compromised resulting in discomfort from smells and smoke. This can generate complaints from staff and maybe even customers. We use a remotely operated camera to record the condition of the ducting.
Debris accumulated inside ventilation ductwork contaminates the air passing through it, resulting everyone breathing unclean air inside. Because this accumulated debris restricts the airflow through the ducting, its efficiency is reduced, its running costs increased and its working life reduced. Depending on the nature of the contamination, this can create a variety of health issues for building occupants.
There are many situations where dealing with a fire at source will both minimise the damage of valuable assets and enable a quicker recovery of operations. PAFSS (Pneumatically Actuated Fire Suppression Systems) detect automatically at the source of a fire and extinguish it early and before it more fully develops, minimising the damage of valuable assets and enabling a quicker recovery of operations.
Indoor air quality (IAQ) is a term which refers to the air quality in and around buildings and structures, especially as it relates to the health and comfort of building occupants. IAQ can be affected by gases (including carbon monoxide radon, volatile, volatile organic compounds), particulates, microbial contaminants (mould, bacteria).
