I’ve had a few bad haircuts in Carmarthen so wanted to find a really good one. Cloud 9 is amazing. I called in on the off chance of a haircut and Neil had a cancellation so I was lucky. Neil listened and advised and cut my hair exactly how I requested. I’m soooo happy. Thank you. You have a customer for life.

While the actual Cloud9 is nice and my other half and sister loves it, the next door Barber (which is part of cloud9) is a joke.
I could cut my hair better with a kitchen knife at home. Staff look like they don't want to be there. No customer service skills whatsoever. Such a shame, never again.
