Hands down the worst experience I have had with a retailer.
I contacted trading depot regarding a faulty item. After sending 2 emails and no reply I phoned them. They claimed not to have received either email. They told me to email them again and they would look into it. I did, to which they replied they didn’t accept returns I and had to contact there supplier, who they did cc in the email. After contacting there supplier who denied they had any responsibility for the return ( the supplier did ask me to send pictures but after sending another 2 emails didn’t reply either) I contacted trading

Partner Ordered two burlington toilet seats. Both sealed in their boxes so assumed all was fine. Turned out one had been damaged and was missing components which we only discovered upon fitting. Took a little bit of time to get rectified but have been assured a replacement is in the post. I wish all suppliers were as helpful in getting issues resolved!

FYI, I placed an order 08-April and today (10-May 2021) I still have not received my order. I got no updates for 2-3 weeks and had to chase my self.
Call handler told me my order would be dispatched but 2 weeks later I still dont have my bulbs. Today (10-May 21) Call handler then tells me via e-mail that part order would be dispatched. I have lost valuable time replacing my tenants bulbs.
