Services
Our multidisciplinary team of highly qualified professionals supports our person-centered model of care, where each one of our residents is treated as an individual. We have a key worker who could be a nurse or a carer depending on the individual needs for all our residents.
Residents are introduced to their named key worker on admission and are encouraged with the involvement of their family, advocate to participate in the planning of their own care to meet their desired goals.

Residents receive full 24 hour nursing and Palliative care from our team of highly skilled and experienced nurses and carers. The home has been designed to be homely and extremely comfortable, but to also to minimise falls and to promote independence for our residents. We work in partnership with residents and relatives to promote high quality safe independent living.
Our care for people living with a dementia is as individual as each of our residents and they set the routines, with support from our caring team. We work with dementia care experts, concentrating on creating purposeful and meaningful activities to keep life interesting and fun. We know that each person is an individual, and every single person living with a dementia is unique so we ensure their care is personalised.
As we get older, it may become increasingly difficult to retain independence in all aspects of our lives. Getting out and about can prove difficult and sometimes loneliness can take hold. Often additional support in the home is necessary, however sometimes it is still not enough. Residential care is the ideal solution for those who now require a greater level of care and support than their home care or family can provide.
There is no doubt that life can be difficult at times, particularly when we are just out of hospital or are convalescing after an illness; or indeed when family members or carers are going on holiday Respite care provides that well earned break, where the carer can relax in the knowledge that their loved one is being cared for by a team of professional staff who know exactly what to do.
