After 18 years the owners of Samuel Windsor have taken the decision to retire and as such have commenced a closing down sale and have not replenished stocks for the Autumn/Winter 2021 season. Samuel Windsor began in 2003 as a U.K. mail-order company, producing classic shoes featuring Goodyear welted construction that combined traditional British design with premium quality Italian leather.
This spring summer season we have added to our collections with new outdoor mules in a stylish honey or a classic navy colour, we have also added a new breathable version with side vents, plus we have expanded our selection of trainers made with prestige leather, in either a brown, navy or rustic colour.

This season we have added some fantastic new pieces to our range - our British Milerain 100% waxed cotton jackets and gilets are the perfect top or mid layer for extra warmth or to keep you dry in those light spring showers.

Is there a brick and mortar store? I've ordered only online a couple of times: their leather products of particularly good quality.
Customer service was also good in rectifying a faulty item.
However, disapprove that they disappointingly are only reachable via premium phone. Search up WeQ4U if needed to call them.

I would avoid placing an order with this company. I placed an order for a Tweed jacket and waistcoat as a 60th birthday gift. I placed the order and paid for it online and received an order acknowledgement including confirmation that I had paid by credit/debit card. A few days later I received an e-mail apologising that they had no stock of this item and would refund my money. I replied asking them if they knew when the stock would be arriving to which I had no reply. Approx a week later the goods turned up. The company then managed to confuse me account with that of my parents and started sending

My order arrived promptly but unfortunately I had to return all the trousers as they did not fit or looked right on my Father-in law. I sent back 5 pairs of trousers which were all correctly itemised on the returns paperwork but I only got a refund for 2 pairs! It wasn’t until my credit card statement came through, which I always double check and cross reference against any transactions, that I realised I had only been credited for 2 out of 5 pair of trousers - £41.00 difference! I have spoken to the company and they realise this has been their mistake and have raised another credit for the
