I worked with Shane Miles when my original website was first built. He had the patience of a saint. Shane had to take a lot on board and get an understanding of the products we were selling. I had no idea on how to implement my ideas nor do them. With my knowledge of the product and Shane's site and shop building experience we were able to create my original web shop. Recently I have had to make several changes to my online shop. Shane Miles has implemented the changes in a very efficient and highly professional manner. He has a good customer manner and makes me feel at ease and in capable hands

Shane at Optimus Design is brilliant! We have recently started a new music business and most of our students contacted us through our Facebook page or through word of mouth.
