We have a long and established reputation for customer satisfaction, presentation and quality. Our formalised management systems are available for full customer access to audited quality records throughout the production process. Quality standard accreditations to ISO9001, with regular endorsements from LRS, DNV, ABS and BV, together with all other major class societies.
Our large fabrication shop facilities with three overhead cranes offering 5, 10 & 12 tonne capacities with 7 metre under hook, provide for single piece handling or up to full unit assembly of 85 tonne. In house profiling using multi-head systems provides for complete quality control from 6mm to 220mm thicknesses and overall plate size capacity of 5m x 2.5m.
Our considered area of expertise is produced by our long serving, highly skilled workforce. Metal removal and machined fabrications have been at the heart of our business for over 37 years providing us with a tremendous understanding of customer needs and know how. Lathes, milling machines, grinders, CNC, horizontal, vertical and multi axis machines allows us to engage with a wide range of work and customer requirements.
We are passionate about producing quality engineering solutions. Our experienced and long serving, highly skilled workforce provide us with the ability to assemble and commission all types of machinery including full hydraulics and pneumatics, with a "build from bench top" to 85 tonne capacity. Our production machine experience also allows us to fully assemble, test, commission, and dismantle for transport to all parts of the world.
Fully understanding our customers' requirements allows for conceptual through to detailed engineering design, using the latest 3D CAD software. Our experience allows us to work with our customers from produced drawings through to machine / component completion developing the most cost effective solution.
