Three Arch Garage is a family business that has been trading since 1988, it is run by husband and wife team Peter & Jo Jenkins. We take a pride in the fact that we have cared for our customers needs since day one.
From small beginings (Peter repairing the vehicles and Jo running the business side) we have grown into a fully comprehesive garage facility and now offer many services from MOT's, Sales, Repairs, Diagnostics and a full range of Industry Standard Services.

This facility is capable of testing Class 4,5 Class 7 this includes motor cars, vans, motor homes, mini buses and light goods vehicles up to 3500kgms. You can present your vehicle for a MOT up to 28 days prior. This allows for any repairs needed. Don't worry though, you will still keep your original expiry date if you bring it in, in this time frame.
Code Read - This is simply we plug on our diagnostic equipment and give you the codes listed. A light has illuminated on your dashboard, or the vehicle has started to loose power or not start. If you opt for a simple code read we may be able to do this whilst you wait, please ask when booking in. However if you wish for a full diagnostic this may need to be left with us, due to the testing required.

Needed an MOT at short notice. Was able to book online for the next day. The website is very user friendly and you’re able to see all the slots available and book there and then. Zero faff, zero fuss. Staff were friendly and polite. MOT was complete within the 45 minute time slot and a text was sent advising me that it was finished. Would highly recommend.

🔴☠️☠️☠️☠️👎👎💀❌❌where to start it was biggest mistake We bought the car for my wife... 3 weeks ago...pay £1800 they give me 3 months car warranty and we thought it was a good idea to buy for their because my wife works in a hospital after week we have problem With break...I went there they told me all fine...after week 2 engine management light 💡… on the car dash..went there they told me it’s not on my car warranty...😡 If you like to fix the problem cost £200

Terrible service & customer care !! I had my car booked in for a full service & mot & specifically asked for a day were it could be completed in the morning as i have to pick up my grandson from school, I took it in at 8am & phoned at 11.45 to be told they haven’t even started it yet !! So i took it back with no service done & not even an apology from receptionist !! Last time i use this company, she could have turned me around with an apology, i think she needs to practice customer care skills so they don’t lose there customers 😡

Was charged £72 for an air con recharge which I was grateful for since it was done the same day I phoned. However that was short lived as despite the slightly over the odds pricing the job was left unfinished and when I got home I had to unscrew the headlight housing and plug the lights back in as the wires had just been left dangling connected to nothing
UPDATE: nine months later and I had to get the recharge done again, no issue with my car, just the poor work carried out at this business, AVOID AVOID AVOID
