If I could give these people zero star I would a pathetic cheeky company where nobody can do anything once they have taken the payment if you run to any trouble with them they will just rise your bill like double it and give you 7 days to respond when you call to talk to a manger everyday the manager is not there so the mangers gets paid to not be there they have sent me a email on Friday when they were nearly closing down asking me for £2900 when I’m already paying them £3400 a year now they are asking me for £6300 for a year the reason is because I did not know that somebody had made a claim

If can stay clear of this people just stay away. Very rude. Provide wrong service, asking for more and more money and more quotes. You can NOT trust them. No Saturday Sunday admin no customer care. I'm one of a many people do that mistake to deal with them. Don't be like me ......

If I could give a zero I would. When I first started the policy off it was simple. Then after 2 weeks they started asking for proof of trading even though I told them I had just started up. Threatened to cancel my policy and I’d lose my deposit.
My account wouldn’t let me log in after I traveled 70 miles to collect a car. Rang up on a Saturday to be told they don’t have admin in on weekend. Stay clear of these guys.

Contacted them to receive motor trade insurance quote. The staff person been rude and refused to give me a quote as I did not want to tell him who Im insured with at the moment and what is my renewal price. To be fair I would be happy to give that informations at the end to compare, but do not see the point to start conversation with that!

Please take your time to read through this company's reviews, it will save you a lot of problems moving forward. If your like me and chose to ignore them, thinking it wont happen to you. It probably will, they are incompetent and are not a broker. They will not assist you as required. Complete shambles and an amazement that they get away it.
I had a 4500 claim, that i wasn't even aware of until it came to my renewal! I mean, how does that even happy, is that legal? I'll find out soon.
