I have insured with them fir a while. I had 30% discount and made a claim on a carpet. I have not pursued the claim as they made claiming a mountain. I also would lose my 30% no claims and a £ excess 250. So my premium has doubled. Interesting . No thought about insurance during the 18 months of lockdown . I would not recomend them to anyone. Staff rude and un caring about the situation. . Everything done on email. Bad lazy business keep clear .be carefull when you make a claim. It mite cost you alot more

After speaking to Lynn Butler initially she was very very thorough! She made sure that all my queries were answered and that I had the cover I needed. I was very confused as its my first time owning a salon and she was there for me every step of the way. She then emailed me a quote over and I'm not going to lie it wasn't the cheapest quote but her attitude and help made me want to go with the company. After a few more emails back and forth she then rang me again, cleared up any further questions and I accepted the policy. She's wonderful, supportive and very very professional. I highly recommend

The lovely staff member (Lynn) dealt with my enquiry very professional and quickly.
From cancellation of our old business insurance to the start of our new policy , she continued to make contact with us weekly and dealt with all enquiries that were raised . She was very patient as the process of the property purchase was very slow and uneasy but at no time did Lynn raise a problem .
We have no doubt in any way that WE WOULD highly recommend the service given by your company.
