We bought a car a couple of weeks ago and had been dreading the thought of dealing with second hand car dealers (once bitten...) but Danny was a breath of fresh air in a world where people just don't seem to care anymore and customer service is a thing of the past. I saw a listing for the car I'd been looking for and phoned Danny two weeks ago. He hadn't even collected it but kept me up to date about the car's details and condition. He got it MOT tested, though it still had five months to run on the old one. He even put on a set of new tyres for me, free of charge. I'm very happy with the car but also with the customer service. Danny is truthful, no nonsense, and I wouldn't hesitate using Woodcote Carriage again.

I recently bought a really nice VW Golf (which I love), against my car which I part exchanged. We really enjoyed doing business at Woodcote carriage with Danny - who's great and someone we hold in very high regard. He runs a very professional ship and at the same time maintains a very personal service. The vehicles are of very good quality. The office well appointed and comfortable and the servicing and mechanical maintenance excellent. (the Golf had been serviced and maintained to a high standard by Woodcote).
