I have used SW17 Surveyors twice now for a HomeBuyer report (Level 2 RICS survey) as I wanted to go with a local company familiar with the area. The director Philip was helpful over the phone and responsive via email. Our survey was carried out by Ade who did a thorough job and provided us with a detailed report of the property in good time. They were very reasonably priced compared to other quotes I had received and am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a surveyor.

Looked around a bit and chose SW17 to do a full level 3 survey for a new flat I'm buying. Philip (CEO/MD) is a nice gentleman who I spoke to a couple of times. Ashley did my survey - very detailed and was freely available to chat after the call to answer all of my questions which I appreciated a lot. Good guys and competitive prices. Highly recommend!

Contacted Charlie for a Survey before Purchasing a new property. He advised me on the appropriate level of detail required and gave a very competitive quote. He booked someone very quickly to come to the property. The survey itself was clear and well documented. In the view of being 100% honest- the report took a few days longer than first promised. However, it was during the holiday period so I can forgive this and this would not stop me from recommending his services.

AVOID!!
I honestly found their service to be improper and frankly unacceptable.
A young chap called Charlie Lester arrived at my door 25 mins late requesting to go to the toilet. I found him to be a little rascist, and sexist!!
He made jokes about women and immigrants in the UK which I found extremely unprofessional. I would avoid this bunch, they seem a bit too casual.
