Our work mainly employs continuum mechanics in fields such as: fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, shock physics, reactive multiphase flow, constitutive material response, and electromagnetics. We have strong backgrounds in Physics, Mathematics, Computing and Engineering.

Services
FGE is a highly specialised scientific consultancy company based in the UK. We have 25 full time scientists and engineers (and are continually growing) with a range of ages and backgrounds some of whom also lead the company. We have two offices located in St Andrews (Scotland) and Emsworth (England).
We currently have job opportunities available in both of our offices. You will have a degree in Physics, Maths, Chemistry or Engineering (Mechanical/Aerospace), potentially with industrial experience. Those with a PhD, those able to demonstrate computational research in a suitable field or those able to demonstrate strong usage of computational tools will be highly sought after.
