Terrible service, ordered a taxi for 6 people, one taxi turned up, waited for the other one. Called them again and the young man said a couple of minutes. No sign of the taxi, called again and he said oh its for 6 people? Then out me on hold. I ended up cancelling the taxi and went with someone else. Don't use this company, completely unreliable, rude and a waste of time.

Absolutely awful. Booked a car to take me to a wedding and they were 40 minutes late and I missed the wedding. Heartbroken. Driver not to blame - he was great. It was head office trying to make money by stretching drivers - kept lying saying he was 5 minutes away others otherwise I'd have cancelled. Compete disgrace and ruined a day I have been looking forward to for over a year.
