Whilst Elmhirst Parker LLP are a modern practice they have been providing legal services to the communities of Selby, Barnsley & Sherburn-in-Elmet and the wider area for over 200 years. In Barnsley we started as Tyas & Son in 1793. Our Selby offices are a merger of Elmhirst Solicitors and Parker March Solicitors who started in the 18th Century.
Elmhirst Parker LLP is a member of LawNet, the national network of over 60 independent law firms based across the UK. LawNet was established in 1989 to enable a collaborative, non competing national network where independent, medium sized law firms could access big firm resources and benefit from collective purchasing, shared knowledge, best practice and expertise.
The successful applicant will assist our cashier, who works in our Selby office. They will also carry out a range to administrative tasks related to the day-to-day running of the office and the management of client files. Parker March Ltd Legal firm is situated on Abbey Yard and used to be the old doctors surgery until about 8 years ago. Parker March Ltd has been established over 200 year in the area and has another branch in Sherburn In Elmet. Like most legal firms you can expect the range of services to be similar from a personal level to a range of products for businesses. There are a large team of Solicitors and Legal Advisors in the branch which spans over 3 floors.
