If I was able to give 0 stars I would. Your brand is only as good as the people that represent it and the 2 staff members I met were rude and arrogant not just to myself and my party but to 3 other sets of people at the Ideal home show.
They were rude and changed the prices 3 times before suddenly placing price tags that hadn't been there before (this is evident to the fact the sales rep looked at 4 different pairs and did not produce it until after the 3rd price change). They lost more than 4 customers due to their bad customer service and when asked how they could warrant changing prices 3 times
