Useless mechanic, doesn’t know what he’s doing half of the time… Needs to be shut down, I don’t personally think he’s good at what he does.. I own a Mini Cooper 2015, and it has occurred problems as he’s not completed the job correctly!

Last year I gave my car BMW 68 plate for brake fluid change. But broke the glass of my passenger seat and gave it to me without information me by putting a duplicate in it.that price £35 and original BMW glass nearly upto£200 cost.when i know and tell he can't accept.

Avoid this place BIG TIME! The manager, Vic, is incompetent and does not know what he's talking alongside with Karen. Never have I ever met a narcissistic and compulsive liar. The whole garage should be shut down I'm telling you. The parts they so mention being OEM so happens to be used worn parts. You've been warned.

Went for a m.o.t @4 was out before 5 :) exceptional customer service and experience ..I waited in a warm waiting area was offered coffee and magazines to read but I just browsed on YouTube. Anyway before I knew it my car was done, owner Vicki handed over keys and advised of the checks he did, very good service will go back soon 5stars highly recommended.
