Paul and Louise have privately been helping different causes for many years, Paul as a member of Round Table and Louise as member of Ladies Circle. When the time came for them to retire from those organisations, they found that their own business did not allow them time to actively participate in other ventures.
Most people starting up in business in the Lutterworth area do so because they have a good business proposition and the enterprise and commitment to see it through. However, they may not be experts in the legal and financial aspects of running a business and such matters often appear daunting. Fortunately you do not need to be an expert in these fields to succeed in business but you do need the support of a team of trained experts.
We prepare the company's accounts in accordance with company reporting standards (FRS 105 (Micro) or FRS 102 (S1A)) and in accordance with Companies Act 2006 latest company legislation and ensure these are filed with the Revenue and Companies House in a timely manner to avoid the stringent penalties in operation, assist with cash flow forecasting and budgeting along with aiding business projections and planning.
Under Corporation Tax Self Assessment (CTSA), the legal responsibility for correctly calculating the corporation tax liability falls on business owners. We understand the issues facing owner-managed businesses and can prepare tax returns in a timely and efficient manner. We will also calculate your company's tax liability and assist with the calculation of any quarterly instalment payments.

The guys helped with my annual self assessment, I had a tricky capital gains position, which I could not resolve. Thanks to Jaymesh and Paul this was quickly resolved, submitted and accepted by HMRC.
