Quantrelle Packaging Solutions
The business was established in 1990 as a marketing consultancy. We extended our remit into packaging to satisfy the high standards we sought for our clients but were unable to find elsewhere. Since then we have become industry leaders, servicing many of the UK's leading blue-chip companies. Today we deliver packaged products to most of the country's top retailers.

The packs we produce are ideal for use in the Warehouse Sector due to the Strength, Sustainability, and Design of the packs. Our runs are small on average, anything from 1000-100000 is manageable within our production schedule. Our success is based on quality, creativity, cost-effectiveness and excellent client liaison.
Services
Offering a complete packaging service from concept to completion. We can develop and implement an entire packaging project from design, print and prototyping through to the delivery of display-ready packaging. Alternatively we can provide consultancy on any aspect of a project. Our breadth of experience across different marketing sectors is unique.
Clamshell Packaging or blister packaging involves the product being trapped between two sheets of moulded plastic which are high-frequency welded. We have a selection of machines to cope with high volume jobs and varying platform sizes on which we can weld the packs. Products are encased in tough transparent packaging that minimizes the risk of damage or theft, especially with high value small items.
The Eco-Pack has specially developed by Quantrelle to meet the demands of a greener future and customer concerns over environmental protection. Just as strong and resilient as traditional Clam Packaging, the Eco-Pack is made up of 65% less plastic. The product is encased in recycled transparent APET plastic, and held in place by two sheets of recycled cardboard, high-frequency welded together, using no glue.
Heat shrink wrap is made of polymer plastic film which is wrapped around a product and subjected to heat to cause it to shrink tightly around the item. Heat shrink packaging has a number of applications from hygienic food packaging to slick point of sale packaging. When heat is applied it shrinks tightly over whatever it is covering.
Sleeve wrapping requires a pack to be enclosed in shrink film before the pack and film are introduced to a heat source which activates the film's memory to produce the desired effect. There are two ways in which pack may be wrapped - the pack may be either wholly enclosed or partially enclosed using a sleeve.
